SIPTRUNK.com: Who is AccentLogic?

Tim Schulte: AccentLogic is an IT Solution Provider based in Overland Park, Kansas. Since 2003 AccentLogic has handled the technology needs of small and mid-sized businesses, as well as non-profit agencies. We focus on getting to know our clients and their business goals, then implement technology solutions that support those goals with service that surpasses their expectations. Services include Managed IT, Managed VoIP Solutions, Business Continuity and Managed Security.

STC: How do you help your customers?

TS: Our customized IT support can help our clients compete in today’s evolving and global market, at a fraction of the cost of employing an in-house IT team. We do whatever it takes to make sure our clients networks and data are safe and secure, including 24×7 monitoring of critical network infrastructure and proactive maintenance.

STC: Why did you choose SIPTRUNK.com and how does it help your business?

TS: Our business model is based on being a trusted technology partner that provides value. As such, we don’t require long term contracts – if our clients are not happy, we are not happy. Most of our clients have been customers for 15 years or more. When we were looking for a new voice services vendor we needed a provider that matched our model, and we found that in SIPTRUNK.com.

SIPTRUNK.com takes care of the end user billing, but we are still able to manage the client accounts on their behalf.
