  • Are there up-front costs to join the program?

  • No. Simply electronically sign the SIPTrunk.com Reseller Agreement and get started selling right away.

  • Is there a minimum revenue requirement?

  • Is there paperwork to complete?

  • No. All you need to do is fill out your Dealer Profile in the Dealer Portal and electronically sign the Reseller Agreement.

  • How is customer billing handled?

  • One of the great things about working with SIPTRUNK.com is that we handle all customer billing. When you place an order for a customer, we’ll send them login information and payment instructions. We’ll handle all monthly invoicing and payment processing from there.

  • What about customer support?

  • With our easy configuration guides and hassle free user portal, you’ll be able to provide front line support for your clients. If you need help, our team of experts is standing by to provide assistance via email or phone.

  • Do my customers have to complete paperwork or sign contracts?

  • There is no physical paperwork required. The easy onboarding process is 100% electronic. We don’t require long term contracts. Customers can add services, change the number of SIP trunks, choose a different bundle of minutes, or discontinue services at any time.

  • Do customers have to get internet service from you?

  • No. Unlike some SIP trunking vendors, we are not an ISP. Customers can choose the internet service that best meets their needs.

  • How much internet bandwidth is required?

  • Telephone calls on our system are by default configured to operate on the G.711 voice codec, which consumes 85kbps of Internet bandwidth up and down.  Most modern, high-speed internet connections are more than sufficient to support dozens of simultaneous calls.
