How It Works
fastTRACK Eligibility Requirements.
What: The minimum MRR required to qualify for fastTRACK is $1,000.
Who: 3CX, superTRUNK, & Hypernetwork-Certified Dealers.
When: Dealer has net-new business to migrate or Dealer has customer staging in place and can commit resources for four months to move all customers to SIPTRUNK.
* If these conditions are not met, Seller/Dealer does not qualify for fastTRACK.
fastTRACK Approval Process
Step 1
Confirmation of Certification is noted in fastTRACK sheet and approved by leadership and finance.
Step 2
Written confirmation of the Start and End Dates is sent, agreed upon (a 4-month window is required), and signed.
Step 3
A kickoff call with leadership and the Dealer is set. Bi-weekly calls are scheduled. The Account Team is confirmed.
Step 4
Timeline for the number of customers and MRR per month is mapped and added into the fastTRACK sheet.
Step 5
Seller has weekly calendar invite for internal updates/status of FastTRACK dealer.
